Returns & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident in your ELONI purchase. Each piece is carefully selected to meet our standards of performance, quality, and design.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this window, orders are immediately sent into processing and production. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or rerouted.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible products, such as cold plunges, from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Made-to-Order Equipment

Many ELONI products, including Pilates reformers, are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will arrange a replacement or repair depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed, or assembled may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
